Mango weis bar chia mousse
Did you know that combining yoghurt and chia seeds creates a mousse-like texture?! It's similar to chia pudding but more creamy and nutritious, and this flavour combination tastes just like Summer! Simple to meal prep and packed with fibre and antioxidants.
Serves 2
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup coconut milk/cream
1 cup mango flesh (approx. 1 mango)
1 cup Greek yoghurt
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 cup macadamia nuts
1/4 cup chia seeds
Method
Blend everything EXCEPT chia seeds in a blender until smooth. Once smooth, add the chia seeds and blend on low for a few seconds (if your blender doesn’t have a low-speed option, mix the chia seeds in with a spoon).
Pour into glass jars and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
