Mumma lunchbox

The bento style lunch box is perfect for pregnancy. It allows you to snack on things here and there with a variety of nutrient-dense foods to help you and your baby grow.

 

What’s in the box?

Greek yoghurt with hemp seeds

Medjool dates with cashews

Hard boiled egg

Wholegrain crackers and sliced cheese

1/2 an avocado

1/2 cob of corn (which I steamed the night before)

1 sheet of nori

What this provides you and your baby:

2 serves of veg

2 serves of protein

1 serve of fruit

1 serve of wholegrains

1.5 serves calcium-rich foods
