Salted Caramel Bliss Balls.
If I had to put my finger on my favourite bliss balls, these would be it. They are creamy, sweet and salty all at the same time.
Cashews and almonds are high in zinc, iron and calcium. The combination of these nuts with the oats, coconut and dates provide a good balance of protein, complex carbohydrate, natural fats and fibre. Perfect for pregnancy, postpartum (yay for one handed snacks) and family life.

Ingredient
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup raw cashews*
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1 cup packed medjool dates
Pinch salt
Dash vanilla
Method
Place everything in a food processor and blend until smooth and mixture begins to clump together.
Roll into balls and dust in some extra shredded coconut or hemp seeds.
